I couldn’t pinpoint why your weight loss stalled until I read Sarah’s comment. I would have thought you weren’t balancing out the fats right. For me, it is cheese that makes me feel bloated. Really have to cut back on it. Portion control usually isn’t an issue for me. If I’m feeling really hungry, I will go for something else lighter like veggies, never extra meats or carbs. Maybe we are just different that way.
