Tuesday dinner. Crumbed Old Bay pork chop with hot and spicy creamy vegetables. I cooked the chop in a frypan with butter. I poured the hot butter into a bowl of diced capsicum, red onion, spring onion, and daikon radish and stirred through with sour cream and cherry tomatoes. Photograph by Gary Lum.
